We did not understand why suppliers could not work with smaller customers. Salary sacrifice cars are just company cars with a gross payroll deduction and no termination penalties for leavers. We developed a simple approach based on HR needs, not fleet managers. We can set up schemes in 1 day, handle all engagement, HMRC submission, and contract variations. There are many schemes that fail to look at this offering from an HR perspective. However, our background allows us to excel and our customer feedback encourages us to improve and evolve.
