Free Flexible Benefits and Managing Road Risk Seminars this November

Leading UK salary sacrifice car provider Fleet Evolution has unveiled an exciting launch of face to face sessions designed to help acquaint businesses with the benefits of involving themselves with the scheme. Launched alongside the series of webinars, which commenced in October, interested parties can attend either option to clarify what the salary sacrifice process entails.

The free face to face events commences on 04 November at 9.30 am. The first session open to HR Departments and any interested businesses and companies will discuss occupational road risks. Dispelling predominant myths about such schemes, Fleet Evolution presents the information that businesses need to know including how to cut through the red tape and looking at the savings that can amount as a result of joining a salary sacrifice car scheme.

This presentation also outlines current legislation and helps businesses understand how to co-operate alongside the laws in a manner that is low cost and undemanding on the administrative workforce. The second and final session occurs November 18th at 9.30 am. This time, the presentation outlines the flexible benefits package, including car provisions for employees. This session examines business concerns about continued pressure concerning employee pay and concerns about the bottom line. The idea of the presentation is to outline just how a business can add real, enduring value and free up employees’ income without costing the employer.

Fleet Evolution director Andrew Leech said, “Many businesses are really interested in salary sacrifice schemes. In fact, the number of businesses getting involved is steadily on the rise, but naturally, there are some reservations as is always the case when getting involved with the unknown. The purpose of these sessions is really for us to connect in person with businesses, clarify the facts, eliminate any prevailing myths and answer questions there and then. Such schemes have so many advantages for businesses and these free sessions can help companies make an informed choice.”

Prospective interested parties can attend either one of the sessions or both if preferable. Held in the company’s Midlands headquarters in Staffordshire, both events finish at noon and refreshments and a buffet is provided throughout.

Andrew Leech added, “With free food and refreshments, an exciting presentation and a chance to get all your questions answered, local businesses would be mad to miss out on these sessions.”

Sessions take place on 04 November and 18th November, 9.30am-12pm at the Fleet Evolution head office: The Dovecote Pimlico Farm, Austrey Lane, Tamworth.
