Fleet Evolution Aim to ‘Bust EV Myths’ Common to Electric Vehicles and Employee Car Schemes this Autumn!
As we approach Green Great Britain Week, Fleet Evolution is doing their part to ease the misconceptions surrounding electric cars. Tune in to see them bust some EV myths!
Thus, the green car scheme specialists are holding a series of webinars on ‘Busting EV Myths’. Furthermore, they will be looking at the top ‘reasons’ organisations give for not switching to electric. What’s more, they’re seeking to ‘bust’ them with hard facts and case studies.
Working in partnership with businesses and civil organisations, the second Green GB Week, starts 4th November. Meanwhile, CIPD’s annual conference and exhibition will be happening, which Fleet Evolution are attending, ‘myth-busting’ in person. This event is also intended to highlight the opportunities that clean growth offers the UK. As well as that, it’s raising the understanding of how businesses and the public can contribute to tackling climate change.
The common myths Fleet Evolution are busting are:
- Electric vehicles are expensive
- There is no demand
- They have no range
- There is poor charging infrastructure
- Salary sacrifice doesn’t work for cars

4. There’s No Demand for EV’s!
The start of Green GB Week coincides with the webinars.
Perhaps intentionally… So, the Fleet Evolution webinars – “Busting the Myths around Electric Cars and Employee Car Schemes” – are on:
- Monday 4th November 2 pm
- Friday 8th November 11 am
- Wednesday 13th November 11 am and 2 pm
Attendees will have the chance to pose other questions during the webinars. Moreover, these webinars tend to last around 40 minutes. Additionally, delegates needn’t leave the house to attend these webinars.
