Case Study: Why Are Electric Cars Good?

I haven’t been on this planet for as long as most people reading this blog as I am only eleven. The world I was born in was much different to the world most of you were born into and different to the world nowadays. Most of these differences were good like technology. Although, most of these were bad, pollution for example. Pollution is when the atmosphere holds in all the bad gasses like carbon dioxide. The gas then warms up the Earth and then causes the ice burgs in the Arctic to melt and then eventually causes islands and countries to flood. Personally, I don’t want to live underwater because I don’t have gills. Pollution is caused by many things like factories and other stuff. However, you can help stop the rate of pollution. Stopping factories and making them go out of business is a lot of work. Although this option will make a very slight difference, EVERY LITTLE CHANGE HELPS. This option is to move to electric cars. Electric cars are healthy for the environment and remove some of your carbon footprint. If enough people move to electric cars, it will help young people like me have a happier, healthier future and we won’t have to spend our adulthood submerged. Some people might not want to move to electric cars because they think they’re too small for their family. As a family of five, we have a Skoda and when we go on family journeys, which are quite often, we take the Skoda. Normally, we find plenty of charge points and never run out of battery. We have plenty of room too. My brother sits in the middle with me and my sister on the sides and did not find the common problem of it being too tight. Judging on my experience with electric cars they seem much easier to drive and less confusing than a diesel or petrol car. Yet, some electric cars are much more powerful than petrol or diesel vehicles and if you are used to petrol or diesel vehicles then it can be tremendously shocking, or it could feel extremely excitable. Hopefully, this will convince you to at least consider purchasing an electric car or even better want to get an electric one immediately. SAVE THE WORLD.
